Certain internet-based messaging systems, such as iMessage, are not VZ products, nor can VZ view the records or information related to content in those services. I hope this helps clarify things.

No all texts incoming and outgoing numbers, times, and dates are saved for the owner.-Joe

I am the Account Manager not the Account Owner of our Verizon account. I know for a fact that the account owner has received calls and texts that are NOT being listed on the billing spreadsheet, current or previous usage.
I've been told that one can go into a Verizon store and ask to have certain texts and calls deleted. If in fact this is true, how can this be done when Verizon is supposed to follow a code of ethics?
