Can anyone from Verizon follow through on their promises?

I have had this problem for over two months. Many reps have promised to give me a call back to follow up with my issue but so far, nada. On May 11, I talked to rep Anna, who knew her Verizon return policies regarding Costco. She got an exception for me to return two of the iPhones, while I pay off the remaining 5. Since then I have not heard back from Anna, who was supposed to call me two weeks later. I talked to another rep on May 25 and she also said she would call me back or someone from escalation team. Nada.

I dont even know if my account ever gets notated with why I have called in countless times. Fedex tracking showed the iPhones were delivered back to them May 23rd yet no one at Verizon knows where they are at. Can someone at Verizon have Anna who works remotely from somewhere in Central time zone call me? There should be notes in my account regarding who I talked with on May 11 at 10:23am mountain time

how can you help when I give personal information on here? thats why I say no one follows up with phone calls like they promised.

Fedex delivered it back to Verizon on May 23. Inside the box I wrote the imei of the iPhone and line it was attached to. Two iPhone 14s. waiting on credit totaling $1366.74
