I landed in Colombia 48 hours ago and have been unable to make any phone calls, send text messages. I tried to log into my Verizon account online and only get an error code not allowing me to log into my account. I went to the Verizon website and tried to chat with support. The website does not allow me to connect to the chat support or log into my account. This is ridiculous! It is not only and inconvenience it is dangerous that I am stuck her in Colombia without being able to use my phone. This is not a problem isolated to me. A simple google search show lots and lots of people traveling internationally with this exact same problem. Verizon, I have many a customer of your for many years and this is absolutely inexcusable! Pleas contact me ASAP to resolve this problem!!!

Are you a prepaid customer? If so, your phone won't work at all overseas unless you have funds loaded into your account beforehand to cover the daily cost of Travel Pass. Regarding the login issues, if you have 2FA turned on and your phone isn't working, then that's why you can't sign into your account.
You can call International Services Support from a landline phone; there's a toll-free number listed for Columbia here:

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
