I need to check my bill and make service changes to my account while traveling internationally but can't access it due to 2FA. The only option available for 2FA is via SMS, which I don't have the ability to use. Is there another way to verify my login and access my account

HailYag, we understand how important it is to be able to review your account while you are traveling abroad. With the two-factor authentication, there would not be an alternative for logging in as it would require that validation. You may be able to give us a call at 800-922-0204, however, with the 2FA being turned on, there would also need to be a message sent for authentication that way as well. Safe travels.

How do I get access while traveling overseas? I can't sign into my account to see what plan I have and if I can change it. Please help!

Why Verizon does not allow an email option for 2FA is beyond me. If you absolutely must access your account while overseas you may be forced to make an international call so CS can get into the account for you (and will probably cost you a mint, sorry). My dad is with another carrier, but had a similar issue when he lost his phone while in Europe and could not access his account due to 2FA being sent to the lost phone. He had to call the carrier from overseas.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
