Can't cancel NFL+ Sunday Ticket

I enrolled in NFL+ Premium (Seasonal) Special Offer through +play.  I need help to cancel the NFL+ subscription.  I have tried the following to cancel the subscription and have been unsuccessful.

1. Using Manage for +play (where I see all my subscriptions including NFL+).  I followed these instructions, but there is NO WHERE that states "cancel subscription":

  • From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  • From the My Verizon Home navigate: 
    Account
    +play.
  • Click 
    Manage (at the top).
  • From the 'Active' section, click 
    Manage below the applicable subscription.
  • From the 'Manage' section, click 
    Cancel subscription.
  • Review the info then click 
    Remove.

     

    I also tried Verizon chat support.  After over an hour, they just kept on telling me how to sign up for more subscriptions.

    How do I cancel my subscription?   Thank you.

We want to make sure you are able to make changes to your subscription. Please tell us, why are you trying to cancel it? Could you provide us with more details.

I did it through the +Play section of the Verizon web site.   So, I went back there to cancel it, but there is no option to cancel.  It only allows me to change the payment method.  Per the instructions on the Verizon web site, there is supposed to be an option for "cancel subcription"

As you can see below, I have not received any private messages.  If you could please help, I would appreciate it.  I must cancel this today or it will renew tomorrow.

I've called to cancel multiple times and every time, they say it's fine.  My expiration date now passed and I see that it got RENEWED until 9/5.  I'm so annoyed

princessjasmine7, the NFL Sunday Ticket does not auto-renew when purchased through +play.  The auto-renewal message you see is a general message regarding most other services. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused.

I am having this issue as well and am documented my issue on this forum in case I get charged in the future. The subscription has auto renewed at $0 until September when the new season begins and there is no option to cancel. We should have an option to cancel the subscription form plus play and there is none for Sunday ticket.
