Can't log in to MyVerizon app on iPhone.

I'm unable to log into my account using the MyVerizon app on my iPhone 17 pro. I keep getting the message "The information you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again."
I am able to log into the MyVerizon app on my iPad and I can also log into Verizon using a web browser on my Windows 11 pc using my normal user name and password. I'm only having an issue on my iPhone. I tried the "Forgot your info?" option  and changed my password but that didn't help at all. Any help would be appreciated.
