Can't log into my Verizon account

I have not been able to log into my verizon account for a couple days  now.  I do not access my account from my phone.  Only on the computer and I keep getting the  message can't complete at this time.  Since we went to auto pay for our bill I have not needed to log in, but now I am looking to upgrade one of the phones on our account and I can' even do that.  Any help will be appreciated.  I tried using the chat button on the verizon web site but I needed to sign in to speak with a person and of course I could not.

A few people have been reporting this lately, so I'm not sure if this is something going on with some server someplace or if you simply need to clear your browser's cache.  I've not had any issues logging into My Verizon on a computer.  I'm using Firefox and have it set to clear the cache every time the browser is closed and never to save any history.

Please try to log in via the mobile app and let us know what occurs. Please clear browser cookies/cache and test it out. Go ahead and try different browsers and let us know what happens.
