Can't login into Verizon website

I'm a new customer and trying to port numbers over. Which by the way has been the worst experience ever, had i known this i would have stayed with AT&T. 

Every time i try to login into verizon i get redirected to this error "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time."

Doesn't matter what browser I use and clearing cache does not help. How can i resolve this?
