Can't redeem $200 target gift card and Nintendo Switch - tiles gone!

I received 2 emails today to redeem these two offers through the 5G Home Internet. Both emails said to click on the tiles, which are now gone on my account.

Speaking to a customer service rep was unproductive. They said they would put in an escalation ticket. I've done this before, they put in a ticket and delete/deny it when I'm off the chat.
