Can't redeem our Free Chromebook or Target GiftCard for Trying Home INternet.....C

Way back the beginning of the year we agree to try Verizon home internet  and in exchange we'd receive either a Target Gift Card or a Free Chromebook.   ONce we got the email telling us to make our choice, we chose the Chromebook, and that was MONTHS ago!  Not only have we STILL not gotten our Chromebook, but we're getting the run around from customer service and even had a Customer Service rep tell us we had to wait until the program expired before we could get the chromebook...obviously if we allowed everything to expire, we'd not hav ea leg to stand on!  It was like some of the customer service people are just trying to get us off the phone and not do their job.    We've also had someone tell us they'd get this fixed and if we didn't hear from them by the end of the week, to call back Monday......called monday, and no notes about what was done the last time, nor that we were supposed to be  receiving a call or assistance.   

At this point, it's getting ridiculous.   We're customers of over a decade, we hagve 10 SEPERATE LINES (three people, phone, watch, tablet....plue the home internet) and all we want is what Verizon promised to us.   We've kept the Home internet, DESPITE the fact that half the times it's so slow a video call can't connect and I have to use my other wifi to connect for my call.       And to be treated like a hot potatoe because the customer service workers either don't know how, or whatever to fix this situation is ridiculous!   Every hoop the CS reps give us, we jump through, so why does my son in law not have his chromebook yet?
