I can’t talk to a live person because my service is suspend this is very unprofessional and ridiculous on Verizon’s part. Any amount of reasons why my service is suspended. I should not be blocked from talking to a person and forced to make a payment before i can talk to a love person on phone or chat.

This is the worst company I’ve ever been with worst 3 months of my life how can I not speak to any agent I can’t even chat with an agent because I’m suspended makes no sense if I can go back I would’ve never did this contract
