My iPhone 13 recently started saying “No SIM” and “Invalid SIM”. When I woke up this morning, my phone says SOS and there is no information under cellular data. I tried logging into My Verizon so I could add back the e-SIM information again since it is apparently gone now, but I can’t login without confirming with a code sent to my phone number. That phone number can’t receive messages right now because that information is gone. I cannot call support either because, again, my cellular information was deleted. This seems like a really dumb design. How can I get into my account so I can use the cellular plan I’m actively paying for?
