I suppose to receive a $50 XBOX gift card for my FIOS. When I signed in to my account, I could see the offer is ready to be redeemed. When I agree to the terms and click "Claim Offer Now", it always brings me to a page that says, "The requested URL was not found in this server". I tried to use several different browsers and incognito mode. I got the same result every time. Why Verizon makes redeeming an offer so difficult?
