Cannot Register - Wrong number on phone

I have had a new S24 Ultra for weeks and cannot register My Version account because they keep saying I am putting in the wrong billing zip code.

The Verizon Store discovered that the Verizon bots try to send verification notices to a phone number that is not the phone number on my new phone! 

The store told me to call customer service, which had sent me to a Verizon store in the first place because they said the store had to fix my issues.

I keep getting text messages for some other person. 

I cannot port my old number until I get a My Version registration.

I'm sorry o hear you are having difficulties with the My Verizon app. Let's look into this together. Where did you get your device? Are you able to use data with Wi-Fi off?  -Joe
