I have to verify with my phone to sign into my verizon account. My phone is lost, so it is not possible.

It's really too bad that Verizon doesn't have an alternate method for 2FA such as sending you an email instead if your phone is broken or lost. From what I've read elsewhere in the forums, your best bet is to bring your ID to a Verizon store and ask them to access your account. If you're overseas, there's a number you have to call, but I was not able to locate the thread with that post. ☹️
