There are certain land lines that I am unable to neither call or receive calls from. This is on a IPhone 7. When I dial these numbers I am greeted with a non Verizon message stating "Your call cannot be completed at this time" or "Sorry, but your call cannot be completed" After either one of those messages it goes to the generic Verizon message of "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please dial again"
After 2 1/2 hours on the line with Verizon Customer Service and Tech, and a new Sim card, it time to ask the community if you have any thoughts?
