I can only access my account on Chrome. I cannot access using Safari or Verizon app. Get error message that account is locked. But when I chat with them it is not. Verizon did not know why?
This issues started about a month ago. Before that no issues
I can only get to my account on my MacBook using Chrome. Safari does not work. My wife cannot access on any browse, her Macbook or on her phone.
Very weird that can only access on Chrome on one MacBook. Using same Wifi at home.

Making sure you're able to access your My Verizon account at any time is very important and we don't want you to keep having problems. Can you try clearing your cookies/cache on the browsers you're trying to use and the app and try again? Please let us know how that goes. The steps to do so are in the following links.
