Cannot log into My Verizon

I am trying to log in to MyVerizon, but everytime I try, I get to the page where it says 'we are unable to process'.

I don't know what the problem is. I tried with Edge, Chrome, and other browsers, cleared cache and everything but it still doesn't work.

(I couldn't try logging onto a Verizon or MyFios app yet, because I don't have an US phone right now and those apps aren't available for foreign phones)
