Cant Reset My Password After Verizon Locked Me Out of My Account

I tried to login to my account today and mustve entered the wrong password, so I got a message saying I needed to verify my account. They sent me a text, I verified it was me, and then it said my account was locked and now I need to reset my password. When I go to reset my password I get an "error" displayed in the tab of my browser, and the message with an orange background "

Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.

What am I supposed to do now?!
