Cant log in

I've been trying to gain access to my account for almost a month now unsuccessfully. Someone accessed my account, and then customer service deleted my account. Then created a new account. Now anytime I try to log in it takes me to create account. When I fill in the answers to create an account it says my information doesn't match. 

 

Its either wait on hold for hours or fighting the chat bot asking me to sign in. Reset my password and approve the sign in because i have my device and it takes me to create account. Its like an endless loop of frustration especially since it's "creating an account" but then information doesn't match a new account. 

 

I've gotten lucky making it past the chat bot twice and have been on hold for hours being able to talk to 2 or 3 different customer service agents and still in the same situation. I just received my bill in the mail and it's higher than it should be almost triple.
