I am desperately trying to get a hold of somebody from the corporate office, but Verizon doesn’t offer that you continue to send us to a third-party which is not in the United States. They do not follow the same laws nor are they customer friendly. I spent over three hours on the phone on Tuesday to find out that you’re charging me for a phone line, which I’ve called out before and gone to an actual branch and they have called about before, and yet nobody will do anything.After over an hour and a half on the phone with some guy, I got supervisor, Aimee, and after an hour and a half she started laughing at me. Every single person I’ve talked to in the last year has said what you’re doing is illegal. I did not need to change my daughter’s phone number. You guys said that you were taking care of the balance due to your insurance being incompetent, yet I’m paying $48 a month for a phone line that’s not even valid, nor in use. as much money as we are all spending on the services, we should have the right to speak to somebody in a professional manner without being laughed at and put on mute or hold 100 times. No one should be on the phone for three hours with Verizon, but yet that’s what happens! I need to speak to somebody in the corporate office immediately, how do I do that?
