Chat Conversations with Live Agents

I have had the displeasure of having three conversations in the last two days due to issues with my gateway. Each one took over an hour and none of them resolved my issue. I eventually just called the sales team and threatened to cancel. The worst part with the chat is they don’t even say “this may take a few minutes”. They just leave you hanging and wondering if the conversation dropped.
