Just complaining into the wind here but.... I found my primary CC used for fraudulent charges in Sept of this year... frustrating but I denied the charges and requested a new number. Later my CC for Verizon fails and my payment is late. I don't have a CC now as it is in the mail so I use the one on my iPhone, the one I only use on my iPhone. I find the card numbers, dates and CCV values. Add that to Verizon.... Now in December that card is used for fraudulent charges. The ONLY time I have every used that card for a transaction not sourced from my phone was with Verizon....
Verizon admitted to being hacked in October but it probably happened sooner.... Seems to me like Verizon is my weak link. So, frustrating trying to keep things safe when companies like Verizon just give it up anyway....
Speculation, but if you haven't changed your password for your Verizon account and enabled 2FA, then someone has been accessing your account and getting the CC information?
