I am trying to redeem my reward for the Samsung Chromebook and Galaxy buds which were offered when signing up for Fios home internet offer. I got the email with the link to the 'Home Offers' section and the tile for the Chromebook is there, but when i click on it, I get:
"There was an error when adding this Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go on us + Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later.
