I also need to file a complaint with corporate.  I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone with Verizon over the past 2 weeks for multiple mistakes that Verizon keeps making including double charging me for $200 that I keep being told will be refunded but now 2 weeks after I was told it would be refunded it still hasn't been.  I was also told I would be credited $60 to my account for last billing cycle and another $60 for the current billing cycle but that hasn't happened.  When I call I get people who can't help at all and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they tell me there isn't one available.
