Corte Madera store

Had to go in this store twice today.   First time the guy acted pained to help me order a charger for my phone.     Took his sweet time chewing his gum with mouth open and disappearing in the back for awhile and then stopping to chat with a friend.  

Then when I went to charge my new phone, I noticed it had a knick in the camera lens.   I called customer service who was kind enough to assist and provided me a UPS label but said it would be better to take the return directly to the store nearby.    He provided me the return order number to give to the staff

 

Back I went to the store and other guy said he didn’t know how to handle the return.   And asked if he’s supposed to ship it or what.   Acted like he never dealt with a return before.   When I explained the conversation he said he still didn’t know what to do (yet said he’s done plenty of returns).    Then told me just to go to ups and drive the opposite to go there after I just drove to the store per the phone reps recommendation.  

Nice waste of time and to see that store still having the worst reps, I’m ready to switch to At&T!

I'm sorry that visiting the story did not provide the support you deserved. We don't want to see that happen, and of course would be disheartened to see you change over that issue. I've sent a Private Message so we can help make sure you get the help you need and get any feedback as well.
