Hello,
My family and I purchased 3 phones on 9/2/2023 and was told after the 90 days that we would get 3 $250 Costco gift cards. We havent received them yet and when I try to do the chat with us function, it does not work. Can someone please reach out to me so I can get the gift cards, as they are to be used for Christmas gifts this year.

Hi,
I also have a problem of not receiving my $250 Costco gift cards for opening three new lines with Verizon. I opened the lines back on September 2023. I called Costco and Verizon customer service, but no one was able to help me because they don't know about the Costco gift card promotion. Can someone help me? Please advise.

Hey, Andiejosh. We definitely want to make sure that you receive your $250.00 Costco Digital Shop Card offers. Were all devices purchased on the same date? To clarify, did the original e-mail include only one card? The reason we ask is that multiple cards are sent in the same email.

I have the same problem here. 5 phones purchased back on Mar 14, 2024. I later found out that I initially gave them a wrong email address but I had then change to a correct email few days later.
