Costco Shop Card $100 from 12/29/2023 Phone Purchases

My husband and I are on my brother's Verizon account, and we each purchased new Samsung Galaxy s23+ phones at the Verizon kiosk at the Costco store on 2450 E. Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85050-1300, on 12/29/2023 while we were visiting family for Christmas.  We have had our phones for over 23 weeks now, but have not seen our two $100 digital Costco Shop Cards on my brother's email account or on our email account that was provided at the time of purchase (which, unfortunately, was a COX account that was transferred to Yahoo, and which we transferred to Gmail that is more reliable...we have checked all email accounts).  We were told that the cards would have to go to my brother because he is the Verizon account holder, however, he has never seen the digital cards in his email account.  I have account privileges and it would be great if they could be sent to me rather than to my brother and then him having to forward them to me.  Thank you so much for your assistance on this.
