On December 24, 2023 I upgraded my phone in Costco(SamsungS23 Ultra) only because of the shop cards they were offering. We also agreed to the 5G home Internet which was also offering a Costco Shop Card with it. The cell phone card was for $100 and the one for getting the internet was $200 I believe. (Paperwork I have doesn't specify on that one, but I KNOW it was significantly more than the card for phone upgrade). This was why my husband was talked into doing the internet too. I have been following these blogs with others having the same issue. I have thoroughly check all incoming emails and spam/junk folders for months for the incoming emails and have not received any. PLEASE HELP. Beyond frustrating. My husband thinks I should switch back to AT&T like he has, but I have been a faithful Verizon customer buying my phones and our children's phones for at least 12 years.
Update: After calling 1-833-VERIZON and speaking with a representative, they were able to credit my account the money owed in gift card amounts. It should post by end of day he said. Once I see it's truly posted I will be very happy with the resolution.
