Can you possibly help me?

I upgraded 2 iphones on November 8.  Supposed to get two $100 Costco gift cards.   Not sure how.  Via mail or email or what?  Please help.

i think i was told it might take 90 days, but not sure really.  Tomorrow is 90 days I think.  😎
