I called in with an issue that i have been having for a few months. I got to speak to Parks for a good while, then Noah aka (Karen) joined the call. Although,they went out of their way to help me as much as they could, they still had to put in a ticket. They made my phone call and customer experience a blast, it should be like this anytime you call in! I'm still trying to get Parks that raise he deserves. Thank you both so much really, i haven't had a good laugh in so long. So yeah, we need more customer represenatives like you. I wish the both of you the best. I will never forget this experience, and Parks bffs for life haha. I had my auto reply when Verizon texted when they wanted feedback, so I was not able to rate from there. So im givings five 's on everything ! 🤙✌️
