I had a terrible time trying to correct, what seemed to be a simple issue to me, with anyone on the chat. They only wanted to sell me stuff or repeat to me what I had already told them or list what I had on my account! I was livid and dreaded this last chat I had with them but it was actually the best and they knew how to do their job! So people I know how you feel because I was in the same situation as most of you but persistence is key here! There are a few reps that can provide good customer service and get your issues resolved.  I had lost all faith until today! 

We often don't share our good stories on reviews or discussions so I thought I would share my good story!! 

And try to remember that the person your chatting with or on the phone with didn't create the issue you're having and are human too! They are just trying to do their job and if they can't perform then it's Verizon training department that needs to get it together!!!
