Verizon Wireless used to have the best customer service ever with exceptional service and first call resolution. It no longer has that since they have switched to outsource and using chat feature. For past 2 weeks nothing has been resolved what they promise. I would definitely choose another carrier since Verizon is not worth your loyalty or money!
