I had a WONDERFUL interaction with customer service provider Dayna on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. She was super engaging, made me feel like a partner in the troubleshooting process, treated me with respect, and was an amazing converdationalist and encourager. I tried to leave a review with the follow up text line but it wouldn't allow me to. I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful of a job she did and how nice of a person she is! Super knowledgeable, great at her job.
