I have been waiting on the chat for HOURS... twice disconnected because of "inactivity".. this is unacceptable.. Virus or not, this is not the type of service anyone should be forced to endure.. all for a simple question that is no where to be found on the site.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why am I being charged for a data overage when I have carryover data available? I spoke with tech support and was assured this would not happen.

As a consumer myself, I know how important it is to make sure you are being billed correctly, we'll be glad to help. To clarify carryover data does not block data overage charges MMH2. Did you receive any notifications about your usage? Do you have Safety Mode active?
