Hello…I have been at 19+ year Verizon customer. Until now I have been satisfied with the service however as of Dec 24 2024 I’m completely dissatisfied after multiple calls and a 4+ hr call on Dec 24th with multiple representatives. What I have experienced is beyond a customer service rep or manager, this requires a leadership (high level) resolution. Look forward to hearing from leadership soon. Thank you
