I’ve been in contact with customer service via text since 4 PM CST, and each time I ask for an update, I’m passed to a new representative who repeats, 'I'm looking into it.' Even when requesting a manager, the response is the same. This issue has dragged on since September 2024. At what point is enough, enough? This process has been incredibly frustrating and unproductive. If you're looking for a sign to join Verizon, consider this your sign not to waste your time and energy.
