I would just like to leave a statement. I purchased a new phone August the 28th. It was not working correctly. The next morning the following week I'd spoke to someone. It was the week after that before I got another new phone and I have went through nothing but chaos since I got this new phone. Every single representative I talked to tells me something different does not matter if they're nice or not. They're absolutely no help whatsoever whether or not Verizon is a good service. I don't think it's worth the aggravation of customer service they have, which is absolutely awful
