I don’t recommend Verizon to anyone.   I paid for new yesterday 11/30/23.    Picked up new devices at store.   My phone has not been activated, previous carrier released my phone number yesterday.   I have had a phone with service since 3pm today.   I can’t contact Verizon at 611 the chat feature they didn’t respond to my issue just wanted to sell me more deals.   Went to the store to return devices only to be told I would have to pay 50. Restocking fee.   So now I expected to pay this representative to back their equipment that they never activated?   Wow    Never offered any solution to my no service issue , only wanted to talk over me and tell me how he would need the fee     Unbelievable!    I can’t ahold of any one associated with customer service.   As I have tried to navigate the website there’s only more options for sales and payment   I can’t even find my account #  or information    I want a full refund my number back so that I can spend my money elsewhere.   This company has zero customer service.
