My husband called Customer Service to discuss plan options.  He was connected to “Alex “ who offered some  attractive benefits.   Alex was to follow up with a email confirming their discussion.   In the absence of said email, a follow up phone was made.  New rep said those options weren’t available.   Being a Verizon customer for 13 years, this was nasty.  Please do something about “Alex.”  Thanks.
