Hi Verizon,
Is there some big system outage on Verizon's end, or is the customer support just consistently unreliable?
I have tried to get in touch with your technical support for this past week, and the results have been very poor. Tuesday your account sign in was giving HTTP 504 Gateway Timeout errors. Wednesday your support staff couldn't verify my account info, even though I was giving them the same info from my profile page. Each day I've tried, including today, your Verizon Assistant chat responds with "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again in a moment."
