Literally had enough of Verizon. 

I am trying to move my number from my old phone to a new device (Fold 6) and apparently the ESIM in the new phone is not registered as an ESIM at Verizon, but instead it shows up as a physical one. That's fine, I tried requesting for a ticket to manually change it. This process alone took 3 days of trying to get to a live agent - I had to go through tens of 404 - page does not exists, live chat not connecting, phone calls only sending me off to non responsive chat sessions, and literally every other page in the Verizon website failing to do what it was intended to do. How do you mess up by making a "activate my sim" page a 404 not found? Trying to submit a message to verizon also returns a 404. Which intern crowdstriked this one up? 

It's incomprehensible to me that half the webpages of a multibillion dollar company doesnt even work, and I can't even find a reliable way to connect to customer support. 

I swear to god on this post alone I'm going to see a post that goes "I'm sorry, did you try the customer support page?"

Nothing works, no one cares. Well, I would be able to tell if anyone cared if I could get to anything other than a 404 not found page. 

All that aside, can I please get an update on this ticket?

I know how discouraged I would be if I were trying to activate a new phone and was having similar trouble with 404 errors on the website as well, Junseok628. I will definitely lift up that feedback about those issues to our IT team to investigate. Additionally, I wanted to lend some support with activating your new phone. Have you been successful in getting your phone activated?
