I am so sick of dealing with Verizon's customer service and confusing games. Every time I try to use the chat the person takes FOREVER to answer my questions and then they do not truly resolve the issue. I end up having to go to the store in person. They change the plans and play games to get you to have to move to a higher plan all the while trying to make you think they are saving you money. Just ordered two new i phones and they did not send me a way to return the trade ins nor any instructions on how to do this. I think we should be able to charge Verizon for the hours and I do mean hours spent trying to get straight answers out of their customer service reps on the phone or chat.
Now the people in the store are a different story. They have been helpful and actually understand English.
I wish I had not bought the phones from Verizon and had tried another service. Now I am stuck for another three years.
I truly hate dealing with this company.
