The biggest cell phone company have the worst service I've been in...T Mobile had the worst customer care I've experience until Verizon wanted it...I'm at the point where I want out.. I'M TRYING TO CANCEL MY SERVICE NOW..ALL I WANTED WAS A PHONE..NOT MENTAL ANGUISH.. there is no accountability for the disappointment.. Verizon may never be great again..and that's sad..
