Customer for 2 weeks and fed up - want to cancel, worried about keeping my number!

I signed up for phone and home internet and trade-in  effective March 3. This whole thing has been a nightmare. My order was messed up originally and I’ve spent at least 15 hours on the phone, chats, in a store and it is still not fixed. Plus, free perks I’m supposed to get are not free I’m going to get charged!

I don’t even have a copy of the full agreement and can’t get it! I never got a copy in person or via email, it’s not in my Verizon app. So I can’t even prove I’m getting ripped off.

I have had bad service before, but nothing - NOTHING EVER THIS TERRIBLE!

I am going to leave ASAP regardless, because I cannot trust Verizon and want to get as far away from them, as fast, as possible.


I’m now afraid I can’t port my number again so soon when I cancel and go to another carrier. Since it just ported from AT&T 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
