I ordered two new iPhone which as proven to be an incredible and horrible experience so far. It reminds me of exactly why I stopped doing business with this company so long ago and I'm ready to return their junk products and take my business elsewhere.

I had issue ordering the phones online and setting up an account in the first place. This led to a 3 or so hour struggle of being transferred back and forth between the same two departments and being hung up on numerous times.  Eventually I went into a store where I got slightly more help but at the same time no help.

Customer service at the fraud department was who I was supposed to speak with the previous day that the two departments that transferred me back and forth couldn't figure out.

Fraud department wasn't a big help and certainly less than impressive with their poor lack of knowledge and inferior communication skills

Next I finally get a message that I will receive my two new phones the next day.

Well I got one phone and after yet another combating conversation with this company I have no idea where my other phone is at or when I can remotely expect.to receive it.

Verizon should compensate me for all the time engery and money lost on them. They certsin don't show me I'm a valued customer or they even want my money.

I have yet to resolve the issues or get any satisfaction 

One star isn't remotely good enough for the terrible horrible excuse of customer service received so far!  With service like this it's a wonder Verizon is even able to stay in business or keep customers
