Where can I make a formal written complaint about a Verizon employee I encountered at the Verizon Store on Sports Arena in San Diego.
I've been a Verizon Customer for over 20 years. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time, and the Verizon store was almost empty. The person who greeted me was a Verizon employee and told me he could help me. Instead he immediately told me that what I wanted done would cost me additional funds. This was inaccurate information but he refused to listen to what I had to say, and refused to view the text messaging that I had earlier from a phone conversation with a Verizon Customer Service agent. He was rude, condescending, and belligerent. I left the store and confirmed again with a phone customer service person that what I wanted could be done at no additional cost to me.
I cannot imagine that this employee is the type of employee that Verizon wants to keep on staff. At the very least, this employee should be given some instruction on how to listen and respond in a manner that is not so belligerent and condescending.
Does anyone know who I should write to regarding my complaint?

What exactly did you need done? Sounds like a data transfer and they charge for that…
