between my own phone line and as a teen I’ve been with Verizon for 19 years. Now I’m being discriminated against as a veteran and someone with kidney failure. Constantly lied to and exploited. I know I have no voice against this giant company but for the misery I was put through but your company is something I’ll never forget. And everyone I know and will ever meet with know my worthless opinion.

They repeatedly lied to me, tricked me into purchasing more lines, and failed to follow through on promises. Their customer service was abysmal, with multiple supervisors allegedly putting in notes but nothing ever changing. Avoid this company at all costs.
