I would like to know how I can reach someone at the corporate level. I have been trying to find out how but not a supervisor or manager can seem to give me that info. I want to speak with somebody higher up than the customer service manager! I feel like the system is set up for you to not be able to reach somebody at that level. I have more than just a complaint I feel like Iโ€™ve been lied to, manipulated, hung up on, and to date with me trying unsuccessfully to resolve several issues and not one thing has been resolved. Could someone tell me how I can reach someone at a different level than the call center? I started my service nov 8th I believe and have spent countless hours on the phone with representatives and managers and not one issue I have has been resolved. All I have gotten is lied to, bait and switched, hung up on, and empty promises! Help please
