I would like to know how I can reach someone at the corporate level. I have been trying to find out how but not a supervisor or manager can seem to give me that info. I want to speak with somebody higher up than the customer service manager! I feel like the system is set up for you to not be able to reach somebody at that level. I have more than just a complaint I feel like Iโve been lied to, manipulated, hung up on, and to date with me trying unsuccessfully to resolve several issues and not one thing has been resolved. Could someone tell me how I can reach someone at a different level than the call center? I started my service nov 8th I believe and have spent countless hours on the phone with representatives and managers and not one issue I have has been resolved. All I have gotten is lied to, bait and switched, hung up on, and empty promises! Help please
