I am told there is no way to file a complaint independently of customer service, the dept I want to complain about. Short of filing a complaint at BBB, I want to make it known to Verizon. I was told by 4 people they'd call me back (nope), escalation would email me (nope and I was later told that the escalation dept doesn't exist), I was promised a plan rate by an Account Sup that never changed and was later told by another Account Sup that that plan rate was not possible (another lie), and because they touched my account, which was a grandfathered account and also told by that 2nd Account Sup that grandfathered plans are not allowed, they cut off my HBO and I can only get it back if I pay more money. 

 

So several complaints
